Plans and Usage
Meet Zai has a free plan, Zai Plus membership, and optional add-on packs. Open the membership page in the app, or sign in and visit Plans, to see what's available and what's included in your plan.
Check plans and prices
The page compares Free and Zai Plus and shows prices for different membership lengths. Before paying, check how long your membership will last, the total price, and the included allowances. Refer to that page for current prices and plan details.
You pay once for the period you choose, with no automatic renewal. If you're already a member, your purchase extends your current membership. After payment, return to the app and check that your membership status and end date have updated.
Check remaining usage
The membership page shows what's included in your plan, how much you have left, and when your allowances reset. Each feature has its own allowance:

Check the usage period and reset date shown on the page. Your membership end date and remaining voice minutes are separate, and minutes for voice replies cannot be used for calls.
When you run out: add-on packs
When you run out of voice-reply time, you can keep chatting with text replies. If you run out of call time, check when your allowance resets or look for add-on packs on the plan page. These are listed under Add-on minutes in the app; check the pack type to see which feature it covers.
Add-on packs are one-time purchases available to Zai Plus members. Your included allowance is used first, then the matching add-on pack is used automatically. If your membership expires, any unused add-ons are kept but cannot be used until you renew Zai Plus.
How this differs from platform balance
API calls and media generation in ZaiDrama are paid for from your platform balance in USD. Meet Zai membership, voice time, and add-on packs are managed separately on the plan page.
Adding funds for the API or ZaiDrama does not activate Zai Plus or add voice minutes. See Account, Balance, and Support for platform top-ups and payment history.
My purchase isn't showing up
Make sure you're signed in to the account you used to buy the plan or pack, then refresh the membership page to check your end date and allowances. If payment is still processing, wait for confirmation. If payment succeeded but your purchase still isn't showing up, contact support@ourzai.com with your account email, order details, and when you made the purchase.
